spruce lane was created by Laura Hoopes in 2017 when she moved from New York City to Philadelphia. It began as a blog where Laura would profile local boutique owners through photographing their shops and writing about their small businesses.

With a natural eye for design and an innate care for her community, Laura’s passion has always been steeped in style intertwined with meaningful work. Laura has relocated to the Jersey Shore as a year round resident and is thrilled to have launched her own retail business, spruce lane shoppe.
